SOBR Summary View in Data Protection Shows Other (TB)
Hi Guys,
Just wondering if any of you have seen this issue where you are in Data Protection View > SOBR and looking at the right pane, it shows no Full backups, no Stored VMs and Computers, no Incremental, and the graph shows the storage being consumed as Other (instead of VM and Computer backups).
If I go to the VMs tab, it shows all the VMs, the latest restore points, the number of restore point, the job name, etc. Looks like there is a disconnect between the information being displayed in the Summary tab and the VMs tab.
Appreciate the forum much for everybody's input. Sometimes, we don't get an answer but just reading your inputs provides clues to the eventual resolution or explanation of an issue.
Thanks

Re: SOBR Summary View in Data Protection Shows Other (TB)
Hi Alexander,
It does not look normal as usually "other" means just some 3rd-party data. I suspect it to be an issue on the database or data collection levels. Could you please open a support case to investigate it?
Thanks

Tried removing/add back VBR server but still showing Other for the storage use and no FULL, incremental, or VM info in the summary tab. VMs tab contains all the VM info and restore points.

Still wondering what caused the issue. It was working on v10.
It is now fixed by upgrading our VBR to v11.

Hi Alexander,
Good question! Based on what I see in the support ticket notes, it's still unclear what was causing it. Anyway, glad to see it is resolved now.
Thanks
