Topology connection Failure - Veeam BR

Hi,
We have installed Veeam ONE 8.0.0.1669 and Veeam BR 8.0.0.817 on a single machine.
After adding Veeam BR to Veeam ONE, we'll face with "Topology connection Failure" on alarms list.
Also there is an event on Veeam ONE log:
Collecting thread will exit due to serious error (Invalid operation )
Also we have check the issue on Veeam ONE 9.0.0.2062 and the result was same.
Would you please help us to resolve the issue?

Hi Davoud, thanks for writing this forum entry.
Topology connection failure alerts can be something within your network or servers. The question is as well which server you had added that produces the timeouts (Backup Server / VCenter / Hyper-V Server / Cluster / VMM /...)

In general there are some knowledge base entries to increase timeouts. But I would look at the infrastructure first and fix the root cause.

Veeam ONE actual Version is 9.5 U1. When you are under maintenance you can upgrade for free to it.

Try the in the KBs described increased timeout settings.
