Unable to connect to my veeam server monitor

Hi Guys,

I have installed Veeam Monitor server on my VM and Veeam Monitor client on my laptop, I am trying to connect my veeam monitor client to my veeam monitor server. When i try to connect i dont get any error messages but a disconnection from the service, I can ping my client from the server but cant ping my server from the client. I have even tried to switch both firewalls off and nothing changed, my client is using a different domain from my server. Can anyone please help.

Hi Thandiwe,

Does the account used to connect to Monitor server belong to Veeam Monitoring group?
