Yes, Veeam Monitor 4.0 will have free edition, and in fact its feature set is expanded with this new release. All existing limitations are still in place in free edition though, and some newly added functionality will be restricted as well.

Yes, you are eligible for free upgrade to new release since all new license purchases include 1st year of maintenance.

Yes, we have managed to make this work again. And we have added additional convenience feature that I am sure all free ESXi users will appreciate. Can't say more at the moment but if you liked embedded VM console, you will totally love this feature
