What if we purchased a license for v4.5, are we entitled to upgrade to release 5.0?

Yes, with Veeam all upgrades are "free" for customers with maintenance agreements in force. You can get your v5 license key in the Veeam Monitor download area, cannot really miss it. If you have any licensing issues, please feel free to contact our sales directly. Thanks!
