Hello,
are the alarms in Veeam Monitor and in vSphere connected in any way, i.e. has changing an alarm in Veeam Monitor consequences on the corresponding alarm in vSphere?

No, vSphere alarms have nothing in common with our alarms. If you want to adjust some thresholds in vSphere you should also change the same alarms in Veeam Monitor.
