Veeam ONE application Traps

Post by anshu81 »

when we tested for Connectivity from the VEEAM One Monitor to thrird party Monitoring tools we got some traps However they all came with the Same OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.50.0.201( in the VMWARE-OBSOLETE-MIB which has only that OID) .

So the Question would be is there another MIB file out there that has Veeam ONE application Traps Defined or is it the case where all the Events come in with this OID with Different VARBINDs for different Events?

Hello
SNMP MIB file can be found in this KB.
We are planning to upgrade it in next product version, so feel free to provide us feedback about it.
Thanks!

thanks for your response ,
I got Those Traps . However my App admin wants the following Traps and i Can't find those in this MIB.
• Backup proxy connection failure
• Backup proxy version is out-of-date
• Backup repository connection failure
• Backup repository free space
• Backup repository version is out-of-date
• Cloud gateway connection state
• Cloud gateway version is out-of-date
• Cloud repository free space
• Cloud repository lease expiration date
• Veeam Backup & Replication Server connection failure
• Veeam Broker Service state

Do they all come in as the same OID with just the message different?

As we have lots of traps, we use static MIB. Backup-related traps, indeed, are not presented in current file.
We will add it in next product versions.
Thanks!
