You can create alarm on any event collected by Veeam ONE. To do that, you need to find the event under Tasks&Events tab, right-click on it and choose "Create new alarm..."

i create a gpo for audit modify/delete file, i want to set alarm based on that events

Do you mean a notification which should be triggered if a file on physical server is changed or deleted?
