Veeam One don`t showing memory preassure

Hi All,
I having problem with few VM to monitoring by Veeam One.
On location A I having virtual machine with Veeam One.
On location B I having hyper-v host to monitore.
Location A and B are connected by tunnel.
On Veeam One on Virtual infrastructure I add Hyper-V host, and for VM I add Guest OS credentials.
Veeam One is collecting data about disk space, CPU, usage I see running services and I having data on diagram.
On few VM I dont having information on memory usage. On memory usage diagram i allways having 100% usage od memmory, on memmory preassure i having always 0%.
On VM`s firewall I open 135, 445 ports and still I don`t having any data on memmory usage / pressure.
Maybe someone had this same problem and resolved it?

Do you see these VM metrics in the Hyper-V manager or other tools you're using to manage these hosts?

I opened support case, but I think this is the problem with Windows Server 2012 OS on VM.
Problem doesn`t occur on VM`s with Windows Server 2016.
