Veeam One Email notification 30 mins

Hi!

I recently had installed Veeam One Monitor 7 and the problem is the email frequency. Every 30 mins i recieve email notification.

How i can change the email frequency for example to 180 mins?

many thanks for your answer but the link i saw some days ago, the problem is that i change the minutes by default but the emails keep coming every 30 mins.

Do you receive email notification for all objects that are in the list? Just to make sure I got it right - you receive email notifications every 30 minutes, even though you have specified a different time interval?

What interval do you see if you open Options -> Server Settings and not the configuration wizard?

But, i don´t know how can i change the default minutes; as you can seen i had configured every 240 minutes but only show 30 minutes.

No additional changes are required in this case. Can you please contact our technical team for further investigation and let me know your ticket number? I wonder what setting do you have for this value in SQL configuration database.
