Hi to all,
in our 15 node Windows Server 2012 R2 cluster we use 25 CSV volumes. Only some of the CSVs are monitored by Veeam One and show values for the Disk chart views (Usage, IOPS, Latency) and Volume Cache chart views (Bytes Read Rate, Total Reads) .
All Hyper-V hosts and all vms are correctly monitored by Veeam One and show all Counters (CPU, Disk, Network), only some CSVs are not showing counters as expected. All CSV-counters are working correctly, if we use Windows Perfmon.exe.
Is there a trick?
Thanks in advance
Joerg

Hi Joerg,
Thanks!
Did you check these counters by connecting to the perfmon from Veeam ONE server or you did that locally? Also what Veeam ONE version are you currently running, the latest one?j.maletzky wrote:All CSV-counters are working correctly, if we use Windows Perfmon.exe.

In this case, I would suggest to review collection job debug logs, as your setup looks absolutely fine to me. Once you open a support case with our technical team, please post your case ID for future reference. Thanks!
