Occasionally, vCenter will alert us that a machine needs disk consolidation. When opening vCenter you see:
Virtual machine disks consolidation needed
Acknowledge Reset to Green
VeeamOne NEVER alerts us to this issue. Is it because there is no way for it to do so or is there something I need to configure for it to alert us?

Re: Virtual Machine Consolidation Needed - No VeeamOne Alert
Hello,
Veeam One has both "VM consolidation needed status" and "VM disk consolidation failure" alarms and there are enabled by default.
You can check their states in Veeam One Monitor>Alarm management>VMware>Virtual Machine or using search tool.
Are they enabled?
Thanks.

Re: Virtual Machine Consolidation Needed - No VeeamOne Alert
Thanks, I found the alarms and saw that somehow the production server cluster was excluded. Removed the exclusion and its working now. I knew it had to be something simple.
