Hello,
is it possible to copy backup-files created with "VB for Nutanix AHV" and import them to a separate "VB for VMware vSphere" installation.
My main goal is to use Surebackup/vLab features that enables application upgrade testing etc.
Got any links describing this scenario ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: AHV backupfile to VMware - Surebackup/vLab
Hello,
I would keep the backups where they are and directly use instant recovery to Nutanix (or VMware, but not sure why VMware is needed) with a separated environment. To avoid duplicate subnets in the production network I use whatever NAT / Firewall solution is preferred. Technically you could also power-on the virtual lab appliance manually, but I personally like pfSense more.
Best regards,
Hannes
