Application restore (SQL) without network connectivity

Hi.

We have to perform backup of some SQL Servers that do not have network connectivity with Veeam backup server/proxy (it's a customer's network, isolated from our infrastructure).

We have tried to perform a test backup and restore, but restore fails because of connectivity.

Is there a way to perform this without network connectivity with the guest OS?
In VMware we can achieve it with ViX, but I don't know if this is possible with AHV.
