Disable console HTTPS access

It's possible to disable HTTPS access to the console?

I want to use only Veeam backup and replication software without anyone access the proxy IP.

There's no UI setting in the proxy appliance or VBR UI to disable it. The best way is simply to protect proxy login account credential(s) to limit access. We would not recommend or support making changes to the underlying appliance OS to disable the web UI.

In my opinion, this should normally be done via network controls (L2 segmentation and L3/L4 firewall). Can the OP explain why disabling the HTTPS console (whether by service or firewall rule) is the desired approach to solving the problem?
