dual NIC support in Nutanix AHV Appliance
Hi
just wanted to ask if it's planned or already on the roadmap to add the feature and/or support for the AHV appliance to run with 2 NICs (one in Nutanix network and one in backup infrastructure network), like we already do with the vmware proxy?
I know there is a thread describing how you can configure it manually nutanix-ahv-f51/how-to-nutanix-ahv-prox ... 87738.html
but as far as I know some of the changes can be overwritten by the upgrade procedure.
Regards
Andreas

Re: dual NIC support in Nutanix AHV Appliance
We also have the problem - For this I wrote a ansible setup which configures the second nic and also did some changes on appsettings.json.
Best regards

@Dattland yes proxy appliance support for multiple networks is a longstanding enhancement request and is high on our current priority list.

Re: dual NIC support in Nutanix AHV Appliance
I wanted to updated this thread to let you all know that we've released a private beta which adds support for multiple NIC's for both the AHV appliance and workers (Prism Central support is thrown in for good measure ). If you're interested in testing please contact your Veeam SE who can set up access to the beta bits. We're of course very interested in your feedback as well!
