Hi
Our customer set the below KB script for e-mail reporting in Veeam Availabiltiy for Nutanix AHV.
https://www.veeam.com/kb2965
According to this KB, customer add the below command to the cron scheduler.
-------
0 1 * * * /home/veeam/van-mail-notificator.py &>> /home/veeam/emailReporter.log
-------
When this script is executed by the cron scheduler, we received e-mail reporting and emailReporter.log file was created.
However, the emailReporter.log file has a capacity of 0kb, and when checking its contents, no log was output.
Could you test if a same issue be reproduced ?
If customer add the below command to the cron scheduler instead, the script execution results are recorded in emailReporter.log.
-------
0 1 * * * /home/veeam/van-mail-notificator.py > /home/veeam/emailReporter.log 2>&1
-------
Let me know.

Re: E-mail reporting log
Hello,
I suggest to wait for the next version of AHV proxy. E-Mail notification will be available with that version.
In general: for technical issues, please open a case and post the case number here for reference.
Best regards,
Hannes
