Error: Failed to call RPC function 'DDBoostFcReadFile': Failed to read data from the file

I try here since the support has no clue how to help us (case : 05340433). Maybe one of you have already fixed this sort of error.

So the error is : Error: Failed to call RPC function 'DDBoostFcReadFile': Failed to read data from the file '[Name of the datadomain] "PATH ...".vsm'. Offset: '0'. memory no longer available. Err: 5001.'
The error is critical because at first we have only one job who do this problem, since this weekend we have no more backup...
Off course veeam and dell are contacted but atm nobody have any good idea
For add little information we use veeam with the last version, we have two datadomain connected and a tiers 3 cloud solution. This error come at the first backup directly to the datadomain and off course we have a full infrastructure on nutanix.

In fact no, but you save us from big problem since it's was the EOM and this restart fixed the problem.
So big thx because we have restarted everything... but not the gw
