I am currently upgrading VBR v9.5 to v10. I am using nutanix.

After I follow the instruction, upgrade VBR. Then, install AHV Nutanix 2.0 plug in. add Managed Server Nutanix Cluster.

Then, VBR asking to upgrade the Veeam Proxy. here I got stuck. Below is the result when I attempted to connect the proxy:

only support can definitely tell what the reason for the issue is. Please continue with them (the forums are not maintained by support)

As far as I can see, you did not upload logs yet. Logs are essential to get a useful answer from support.

I agree with Hannes that it's best to work with support but I have also noticed that in 99% of the cases where I've seen this error personally it's been due to lack of name resolution support between VBR server and AHV proxy. With our v2 AHV proxy we added the requirement that the proxy be able to resolve the VBR hostname and vice versa. See nutanix-ahv-f51/failed-to-deploy-ahv-pr ... 67378.html

Veeam Support Nutanix Team already remote in.

What I can see from the remote session, the support did the following:
1. Check the hostname of the proxy
2. edit the hosts file (C:windows\system32\drivers\etc\) IP proxy and hostname
3. retry to reconnect with the proxy. succeed. this time, new proxy VM auto created.
4. update the package in the VM proxy
