Nutanix and MFA
Is there a way to use MFA with Nutanix for Veeam? All the guides I have seen mention VMWare.

Not with the current shipping version however MFA for the Nutanix AHV web console is available for trial testing in the v5 private beta. Please contact your local SE if you're interested in testing this new capability.
