Some one help me to in how to take backup of VM's hosted in Nutanix through Veeam Backup and replication?

Can you please clarify your question? Are you running the our Nutanix beta bits or you're trying the GA code of Veeam B&R?

Hello,
to give you you more clarity:
we have a Nutanix AHV VERSION 20160925.121 and a Veeam B&R version 9.5.0.1038.
We have couple of VMs hosted in our new Nutanix box.
We are not able to find an option to add Nutanix host or VM in veeam B&R to take backup.
hope this will clarify. kindly let me know for any other details required.

Thats because Veeam does not support the Nutanix Hypervisor as far as I know..

Nutanix support is currently in beta (as per my post above). GA code does not have support for this hypervisor.
