Have you tried 'rescans' of the various hosts. Failing that, open the configuration and click 'next, next, next' through the various screens as sometimes this will reset the configuration and cause things to start working.

You should be able to open a support Case with your original Socket Support ID. I assume that these Complementary VUL come from the Socket License (vSphere or HyperV)?
