I would suggest contact Veeam support as they can help you.
There are likely multiple choices depending on configuration. A common one is
- backup existing proxy configuration and save backup (this is done in proxy UI)
- remove the existing proxy
- deploy a new proxy from downloaded proxy image
- during deploy restore the configuration backup done above
- as needed re-connect to VBR.
