See the screenshot.
Everything is running when expected. But the logs shows the time in the wrong timezone :)

Yep, it's a known bug. Time on VBR side is supposed to be in an AHV proxy timezone format.

Thanks!

They always started 1 hour to late because timezone was not saved correctly and always keep resetting to the default.

Now with the new appliance, the timezone is correct in the settings.
The backup are starting at the correct time.

The only thing, which doesn't work, is that in the job summary in the vbr console, the nutanix ahv backup show the time in the UTC+0 format.
Yes, that is exactly my problem. The backup always starts at the UTC time and is not corrected with the timezone. Is this solved in build 2.1.467? Is the freezing problem also solved in this build?

Sorry, i cannot share any experience because we have already downgraded to the backup appliance with the old build (2.1.396).

@Ptide
Can you please share with us, if there will be a new build of Nutanix AHV proxy with V11a which resolves the timezone issue (build 2.1.396) and the freezing issue (build 2.1.451)?

No, fixing the time-zone issue is currently scheduled to be done post-v11a.

As for the other question - are you referring to the problem when freezes occur during a restore point finalization?

Thanks!

Thanks.

Yes, we had that „restore point finalization freezing issue“ with build 2.1.451, before we downgraded back to the old build 2.1.396.

The "freeze" problem will be gone in the next update. You can also reach out to our support team as they should have a fix for that.

Thanks!
