Veeam Repository Lenovo SR650 V2 HELP

Hi all we are setting up a new repository for Veeam 11 which will be used to backup our Nutanix AHV servers. The repository is a Lenovo SR650 V2 and we are not sure what to set the following setting to when configuring the SR650 itself. This is a new out of the box system.
Strip Size = 64K 128K 256K 512K or 1024K ?
Read Policy = ?
Write Policy = ?
I/O Policy = ?
Drive Cache = Enable or disable?

I tend to go with 256k for my repos.
