Hi guys, since release 12.1 I cannot to edit existing Azure Blob Storage accounts, I get the error "unable to add storage account: the selected account has soft delete option enabled. Disable the option in the storage account settings and try again"
In version 11 and 12.0 this specific config on Azure side was working fine
It's something known on Veeam side?
Should I disable soft delete on Azure side?
Thanks, Marco

Re: Issue with Azure Blob Storage since 12.1
Hi Marco, yes. Soft delete was never supported, but it seems the corresponding configuration check was added only in 12.1... so that's the only change. Thanks

Re: Issue with Azure Blob Storage since 12.1
Ah ok. I'm playing with the new setting "Health Check" for cloud Object Storage Repository , I'm trying the Helper appliance to deploy in Azure and I've faced this warning about "soft delete" storage account. I think I should edit all my customers using cloud Object Storage Repository in Azure to disable the "soft delete" flag

I'm going to open a ticket... the creation of Helper Appliance on Azure fail with "cannot find network" error but I can clearly see the VNET on Azure Portal

I waited some hours and then launched again the Veeam Wizard to create the helper appliance, and he was able to find the network on Azure side
