Re: Support for backing up Object Storage
Maybe early for such a discussion, but very curious as how this would be licensed/metered. Would this fall into a new product/tier, be grouped into NAS backup licensing, or something completely different? Currently looking at investing in specific NAS licenses (not VULs) and it would be a shame if backing up S3 would not qualify.

Re: Support for backing up Object Storage
It will be licensed exactly like NAS backup today. So all of the two current ways of licensing NAS backup will work for object storage backup as well. This includes that "NAS-specific" capacity license you're currently looking at investing in.

Amazing, all the more reason to invest in that license. Thank you for the update!

Hi Gostev
Is this feature generally available now. We're looking to use this feature for around 17TB of files stored in AWS S3.
