Veeam not deleting backups from Object Storage

Hi everyone,
Just started using Object Storage and I don't know if this is a problem or maybe I understood this Object Storage thing wrong.

I configured the provider, but when I delete the backups using the BR console (Delete from disk), the space in the Object Storage bucket doesn't go down. Looks like the data is not removed; and by the way these are not immutable backups.

Isn't the data supposed to be removed from the Object Storage? Or maybe the Service Provider needs to have or do something here for this to happen?

Looks like something you will need to troubleshoot with your object storage. Because if you deleted backups in Veeam and the operation completed successfully, it means Veeam issued all required DELETE commands to object storage and received Success for all of them back from storage.

Contabo is not listed on our official Veeam Ready nor our unofficial compatibility list .

So I can't confirm that this platform is fully compatible with our software.

Indeed, the issue is from the service provider. I created an account on Wasabi and everything works just fine.
