Aws Storage Gateway direct backup to S3

Dear Team,

Iam working for direct backup to aws s3 object storage aws storage gateway. Using NFS share configuring as a Veeam storage repository.

I already tested working fine, Please suggest in case I get any challenges in future support.

V12 will allow you to do direct backups to Object Storage.
Until then, I think it‘s not a supported scenario.

Short answer: it's unsupported and it's just a matter of time before you run into issues.

Please use the software in a way it is designed: Meaning use capacity tier in a scale out backup repository

PS: for version 12, we will have direct backup to object storage. So it's just a matter of time until your workaround becomes obsolete
