Azure Blob Storage Throttling

Anyone know of a way inside VBR to throttle the upload speed to Azure Blob Storage? The upload is killing normal Internet operations

You can configure the global throttling rule for the internet upload.

Alternatively you can configure the allowed backup window so offload happens only outside of production hours. Thanks!

Hi Vladimir, unfortunately there is no backup window Production is 24x7 with no slower times

@Fabian, is this only available for IP addresses, or can it be configured for *.blob.core.windows.net instead of IP address?

If you only use Azure on the internet connection, you can configure the global option.
If you have other services, which veeam needs to access over the internet, you need to configure the ip addresses.

The rule will be applied to all backup traffic going over public networks including offload job, so no need to set specific IP addresses (DNS names are not allowed). Thanks!
