Good Afternoon,
We have a client that needs to move their existing Azure Object Capacity Tier storage account from one region to another. Looking at this article I can see it being possible for Amazon AWS S3 Buckets but does the same process work between Azure Storage accounts:

Hello,
S3 is just an example in that document. So if you can copy to a different Azure blob, that's fine. Azcopy is what comes into my mind. But there are probably also other tools.
Just make sure that everything gets copied.
