Case #04611543
Job was stuck at 94% for days, so customer rebooted.
- Now stuck at 8% and has not progressed since 7:18PM last night (As per "Throughput (all time) - 16 hours.
- Veeam 10 (10.0.1.4854)
- Physical Veeam server with backups to NAS via iSCSI and formatted as REFS.
- All backups configured with Forward incrementals and once weekly synthetic fulls.
- No warning or errors in any local backup
- Azure connectivity is 1Gb with Express Route
- Single SOBR local/Azure repo.
- 4 jobs configured to use the repository (47 VMs)
- Window on SOBR is 24x7
- SOBR configured for copy only
- 2 x SOBR background jobs start during or after backups.
- 1 x Offload named after Job (Tier1) & 1 x Job named after SOBR Repo are running currently
- Server has been restarted again.
- Nothing relevant in Veeam Windows event logs
- Veeam logs submitted as part of support case
I would think I could delete the VM from Object storage and let it reseed fully, but as it is a 805GB VM, just wanted to clarify that this my only option.

Re: Azure Scale out offload does not progress for a single VM
Hello,
I recommend to continue working with support. It makes no sense to guess that kind of issue / reason on a forum.
I mean yes, with a 1gbit/s connection you are probably faster just uploading again instead of waiting for a fix of the problem.
Best regards,
Hannes
