Azure storage
I'm new to cloud storage and am not very knowledgeable with VEEAM so please excuse my ignorance. I want to use VEEAM to backup some sites to Azure. Is this possible? If so, what type of Azure storage do I need? Can I go directly to the cloud or do I have to backup to local storage first? Currently, we don't use the cloud at all.

Re: Azure storage
Hi ,
Azure Blob storage you can use
1. You can create a Scale-Out Backup Repository - where you can push backups to archive from on-prem to cloud
Refer # https://vmarena.com/how-to-configure-sc ... 4-part-01/
https://vmarena.com/how-to-configure-sc ... e4-part-2/
2. You can setup Veeam BR on Azure with Cloud Connect and Setup DR , Of course, the storage is Blob configured in Azure Server

Re: Azure storage
The data needs to land performance extent first. Once the specified period of time is reached (operational restore window), backups will be offloaded to capacity tier. Thanks. Can I go directly to the cloud or do I have to backup to local storage first?
