Backup Copy Stuck On Storage Initialization

Hi,

We are having issue for Backup Copy jobs stuck in "Storage initialized " for days without any errors. The jobs will eventual start but the copy jobs are days behind. According to Veeam support, it is doing the immutable update causing the delay but no one knows how to fix it yet. We are using StoneFly DR365 appliance as our object storage. Does anyone have similar experience on this?

I checked our most recent cases and RnD system. There are currently no known issues for StoneFly appliances.
May I ask, have you escalated the case already to the next tier? --> Talk to a Manager

Yes, our case got escalated on both Stonefly and Veeam support in past 2 months but still no solution for this.
