Crazy slow Provisioning of Obj Storage with iLand.

Post by bperez »

I started using Azure Blob Storage for Obj Storage in a SOBR. It works well, however it is expensive. I was looking for another cloud object storage provider for my capacity tier with immutability.I decided on and signed up with iLand. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to get my account and bucket set up... and they have such poor communication I just want to cancel the agreement and find another provider. (Backblaze is one I have found that look promising.) The poor service and response make me really worried if something was to go wrong if they would be able to help at all....
it is maddening.

Real life experiences with vendors for cloud object storage?

Based on our support statistics, Wasabi is by far the most popular choice for S3-compatible cloud object storage.
