data offload is much larger than increment
Hi, when my nightly backup runs it will transfer somewhere in the region of 25GB of data (increment) however when my offload job to object storage runs it transfers hundreds of GB every night. My SOBR is configured to "copy backups to object storage as soon as they are created". I have a retention of 30 days. Why is there such a massive disparity between the size of the increment created and the amount of data offloaded it feels like its offloading a full backup the amount of data its transferring and its saturating my upload for the majority of the day every day.
Anyone got any ideas?
thanks
Adam

No I do not. I can see the known issue in the link you attached with erroneous full backups though. I bet that is exactly what is happening. I will install the patch and see if that solves my problems.
thanks!

Hi, just reporting back. The patch fixed the issue. My offload last night was nice and fast and only transferred 30GB.
Thankyou!!
