Hello people
A question about immutable backups. Today I have this Retention of Backups:
30 points Perfomance Tier
4 Weeks + 12 Months + 5 Years Capacity Tier
In my capacity tier, I will enable the most recent backups after 3 days to be immutable, these 3 days will be immutable, correct?
After these 3 days of backups are immutable, how is this data updated?

Not sure whether I follow you on that, we will enable an object lock for the blocks a restore point consists of. The object lock will be set for the duration of immutability + additional period (10 days). After these 3 days of backups are immutable, how is this data updated?
Thanks!

Re: Doubt about immutability
Thanks for the answer.
In addition to the space for the 3 immutables will space be needed for another 10?

Re: Doubt about immutability
For another 7 days on top of your existing 3 days.
Yes, you will need extra space - but not much, since those will be deltas-only... so you'll only need about 20% extra, or even less.
Also, keep in mind that from your total costs perspective, overall this extension actually saves money (by reducing API costs, which can be significant).
