Re: Error Backup AWS Glacier
Hello,
and welcome to the forums.
Looks like something is wrong with the connection to the archiver proxy appliance. Might be network or AWS permission errors. Support should be able to find out from the logs
Best regards,
Hannes
PS: It sounds like the question is for Veeam Backup & Replication (VBR). So I moved your post to the VBR object storage forum.

Re: Error Backup AWS Glacier
Check whether the AWS account has the right permissions assigned, including those required for creating and configuring EC2 instance. See this page for more information.
Also, verify whether you can connect to the provisioned EC2 instance via SSH from the backup server using the configured settings (VPC/subnet/security group) - communication with the appliance requires access via SSH (TCP/22) and HTTPS (TCP/443). More information can be found here.
Thanks!

Re: Error Backup AWS Glacier
So our assumption was correct - it was a connectivity issue. Glad to hear you've sorted it all out.
Let us know, should other help be needed.
Thanks!
