Hello,
Is it possible to connect an S3 tendent as a repository in Veeam B&R or CC ?
We have CEPH* running and it can expose an implementation of the Amazon S3 interface http://docs.ceph.com/docs/master/radosgw/s3/
It would be really nice if B/R & CC can utilize this storage feature, both for local and cloud/SR scenarioes

Re: Feature request: Direct Amazon S3 repository
This is not available. The ability to send sealed backups to S3 is coming in update 4 and this will be based on a policy of how long before it is sent.
There is no direct though.

Re: Veeam backup to AWS S3/Glacier
Hi Mike,
Any further news on this S3 native backup beta? Storage gateway has not worked out at all. Would prefer an integrated solution rather than having to cobble up "intermediaries" - nice short term fix at best.

Re: Feature request: Direct Amazon S3 repository
We did not announce any specific plans around the ability to back up directly to object storage yet, so beta questions are a bit premature having said that, I am sure we will have this capability one day, because object storage is the future!
