Getting errors on all of my backup copy jobs the last two days

Hello,

For the last two days Ilve gotten the following failure on numerous backup copy jobs to our immutable cloud storage (Quest).

Service provider side storage commander failed to perform an operation: GenerateAndSaveMetaFile

I'm trying to figure out if this is a Quest issue or a local issue on my end.

Any ideas?

Hello George,

I'd suspect this to be a Quest side issue as the error is related to the repository side being irresponsive while backup job is trying to create metadata file. Please let us know how the investigation goes or if you need any assistance from our end!
