Issues with WASABI
We get a lot of 403 errors. I have to right click repo and manually trigger "Run tiering job" multiple times until all of the offloading is complete. The individual files within the job works once it begins but the job never finishes all of them in one go and mostly logs a failed SOBR. I have tried with 16-20 threads and now I am down at 2 threads still the same issue

Re: Issues with WASABI
Hi,
can you please share the Veeam Case ID here? If no case is open yet I'd recommend to open one to get the support looking at it as well.
Is the Wasabi bucket you try to access configured with anything special (like immutability or so)?
Thanks

Re: Issues with WASABI
Since some days, we see 403 AccesssDenied on our Wasabi Immutable Offloads, too.

Code: AccessDenied', error code: 403
Other: HostId: 'xxxxx'

Also started seeing these errors appear in our offloads to Wasabi with immutable configured.

Re: Issues with WASABI
We're also getting errors with offloading to Wasabi (immutable enabled) from at least two Veeam servers. I've already started a case for this today, the number is 05125741.

Re: Issues with WASABI
According to the support team, it appears to be the issue to be on Wasabi side for which they have a hotfix already. So kindly reach Wasabi support team, let them confirm the problem and provide you with a hotfix. Thanks!

Re: Issues with WASABI
Hi All,
This issue described in this post was resolved in a fix on the Wasabi server side, back in Mid Nov 2021. If you are seeing errors today, they will need to be investigated on a case-by-case basis.
Thank You,
Wasabi Support Team
