Post by BruceLee »

HI everyone,

short question. Is a Socketbased Veeam Essentials Standard License capable of backup and backup copy to an object storage?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards

Hi Bruce

No, you need at least Enterprise edition with socket licenses or a VUL.

Thanks

One more question. A hardened repository with immutability based on Linux would work, right?

Yes, hardened repositories can be used in any edition, even with the community edition.
