Hi,
we use BR direct installed on HyperV Host and our Offsite Backup write directly to Wasabi.
Now I try to Throttle Upstream to give a small Overhead for other Services. I setup the default Throttling Policy to 40Mbps, reult - 10Mbit???? I've to setup policy to 135Mbit to get 40Mbit - whats wrong there?
The Issue is reproduceable, if I change the Network Policy it takes effect after secounds, viewable in Taskmanager.
Same effect with an separately added Policy.
The used Policy: Source ANY To Internet - 40Mbps / all Time
And it looks like there is an old Schedule in Background, cause at night Throttling is disabled.
I don't know what's wrong there. It is possible to "hardreset" the Network Policy? Maybe it's important, we moved from Cloud Connect to S3 a few months before.
