Private network connection to health check helper on public clouds

Hello,
May I know if there is any private network configuration (i.e.: without assigning any public IP address on the azure helper appliance network) can be done for health check helper appliance for Blob storage on Azure / S3 storage on AWS?

I assume a public IP is required for the health checking helper appliance's network for communicate with the VBR Backup server if it's setup on-premises or in another cloud tenant?

I just found an article for setting up private connection with Azure restore helper appliance so just wondering if any solution for health check helper appliance as well.
