ScaleOut S3 Bucket TLS 1.0 -1.1

Hello,
I just received a mail from AWS that they are enforcing all AWS API endpoints to a minimum of version TLS 1.2, and they notified me that I still use TLS 1.0 - 1.1 on some of my buckets:

i use buckets for the Scale out repository, how to enforce TLS 1.2? i have veeam b&r 11

did you already disable TLS 1.0 / 1.1 in Windows? Because Veeam uses, what the operating system provides.
