Hi all,
My Veeam backup repository is say
H:\VeeamBackup
Under this I have three different Veeam backups going to this folder so
H:\VeeamBackup\1
H:\VeeamBackup\2
H:\VeeamBackup\3
I want to copy Backup 1 only to Azure using SOBR.
Can I setup a new Backup Repository (and keep the existing repository) and point it to H:\VeeamBackup\1 and have the SOBR point to that folder? I just want a copy of each nights backup to be sent offsite to Azure for that backup only?
Is that a valid way to do it or completely wrong?

Re: SOBR and Repository
You can create a SOBR containing just a single extent to achieve what you want but you need to re-point your job to it.

Re: SOBR and Repository
Thanks, so I'd have to repoint Backup 1 to the new repository I created?
