Hello,
we have to evacuate a large quantity of data from an old S3-comp to a new one, the configuration of the SOBR is ok, we tested the evac and no issues, except for a saturation of the internet line.
To avoid this we reconfigured the link to mitigate the impact, then the idea was to restart the evacuation but... surprise, no evacuation option available.
The capacity extent has maintenance mode option greyed out.
Checking the SOBR with the command Get-VBRCapacityExtent I see that the extent is in "Maintenance, Evacuating, Sealed" status.
It's possible that there's a stuck evac process ?
We have also rebooted the VBR to see if this would fix.
Case already opened but I'm curious about the root cause.
BR.

Re: SOBR : capacity S3-compatible evacuation issues
Hi Andrea
Can you please share the case number as requested for any technical issue? Thank you.
It may be possible that the evacuation is stuck. Please ask that question directly the support engineer in your case, because here in this forum we cannot investigate such issues and provide assistance for them.
Our support team will be able to confirm the state of the evacuation and your extends. If evacuation is stuck, then database queries may be required to solve the situation.
Best,
Fabian
