Throttling multiple remote proxy servers for Internet traffic
We use several remote backup proxy servers that offload backups to Azure. Everything is managed by a central / local backup server. Since a single Veeam console only has ONE Internet network traffic rule, how can I throttle traffic from every remote site seperately to the Internet?

Re: Throttling multiple remote proxy servers for Internet traffic
Hello,
in V11, it's complicated, because you would need to add the IP range of the cloud provider. Possible, but complicated
In V12, there will be multiple "internet" rules. That should solve the issue
Best regard,
Hannes
PS: my assumption is, that we talk about repository servers, not proxies (proxies do backup, repositories store data and upload to capacity tier. all roles can be on one machine though)

Hi Hannes,
Thanks for clarification. Then we'll just wait
Indeed, these remote servers have the proxy and repository role.
