Veeam backup Essentials licensing

Post by HErceg »

I am interested in a solution that could backup to Azure or AWS repository.Given recent changes in Veeam licencing option I would appreciate confirmation Essentials support it.

As long as it's Veeam Universal License, or Enterprise or higher edition sockets, then yes - using SOBR to tier older backups to Azure Blob/S3 is supported. Or coming in v10, copying backups immediately to object storage will be an option with the same editions.
