Veeam Internet Rules & Traffic throttling

Is there currently any known way to create Multiple "Internet" Rules for Global Network Traffic ?

We are currently using the default internet rule to throttle the outbound network traffic consumed by the Offload to blob storage jobs.
While this provides simple bandwidth control, we would like to be able to apply a finer grained policy for throttling during and outside of work hours.
The policy does provide the option to scheduled the enabling / disabling of this throttling, but when disabled this consumes all available bandwidth which is not accessible.

Therefor what we would like is the ability to specify two or more separate Internet throttling policy for different times of the day.
Unfortunately there is no option to clone or duplicate the existing internet Rule, so i'm wondering how best to achieve this ?

Currently you can specify only one internet throttling rule.

You can create additional rule, set addresses of S3/Azure Blob Storage endpoints as target IP range and enable it at required time period only.

More of a broader question on this as I couldn't find it in the help documents (probably missed it). I assume the times specified in network throttling are in the time zone of the management server and not the proxies/SOBR gateways/etc., correct?

Another request to add ability to utilize " Internet" in building rules.

In version 12 it will be allowed to configure multiple internet rules instead of using single built in one. Hopefully this will help. Thanks!

We have a requirement to configure multiple internet rules instead of using just single built in one. This is because, we need to set different network throttling limits for different sites. I look forward to this enhancement.
